LED Membrane Switches Specifications
LEDs welded on the flexible circuit layer make into the membrane switch. When several LEDs are assembled in the keypad, the LEDs should use 0805(0603) and the wiring of LED should be separated from lower circuit. The LED windows should be embossed for stable construction. Using F200 matte PET makes the overlay look graceful.
These LED keypads are widely used as industrial control keypads due to their good tactile buttons and powerful functions. The membrane switch can be customized based on customer's design including button icons and colors. Features include printed wiring, low resistance, and reliable performance.
The product can be equipped with colorful LEDs and adopts waterproof circle structure with strong adhesive, making all buttons suitable for high humidity environments.
